Return Policy for Online Store ONLY. For in-store purchases, please review the return policy on your receipt.
Please contact us at (434) 979-1212 or firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning merchandise so we can provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Full price items are returnable for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item. All SALE items are final sales and may not be returned to Duo. Returns must be made within 7 days from the arrival date of your item(s). All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If any item is returned damaged, without original tags, visibly worn, or having makeup stains, a refund will not be given and the item will be sent back to you.
You are responsible for shipping and handling of returned merchandise. We strongly recommend that you ship your package with a carrier service that provides tracking information. Duo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If you would like to make an exchange, please notify us of the item you would like to exchange for, and we will hold that item for 5 days. Once we receive your return, we will call you with the exact shipping amount and any balance due for the item.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact Duo immediately at (434) 979-1212 email@example.com and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
All sales on Sale/Special/Clearance items are FINAL.
